I know the power of positivity.
I know that even in very hard times, positive psychology can move you to where you want to be. In 2012 I suffered a head injury. It took time, but I rebuilt my career and my health so that I am in a better place physically and mentally now, than I was before it happened. I share this with you, because I want you to know that transformation through coaching is possible and powerful.
I will be with you to guide you through this journey. Your support, your motivator, your celebrator at every stage. I will enable you to stretch outside of your usual comfort zone, into true fulfilment, but always in a way that feels right for you.
The inspiration behind my business:
My sister.
She has inspired this business and, in fact, has shaped much of my personality and direction in life. Sometimes in obvious ways, sometimes in ways that I’ve only discovered through the coaching I’ve experienced.
My sister has autism and learning difficulties. This was made especially difficult for her through late diagnosis of autism. My sister endured years of bullying and survived through times of extremely challenging mental health problems. My sister is here and she’s able to thrive. I couldn’t be prouder.
It is not always easy being the family member or the loved one. Coaching has always given me the space to:
-
Talk about everything in a completely open and honest way.
-
Process the complex emotions.
-
Figure out how to be better personally and professionally.
-
Set goals to reach professional fulfilment within a personal life I love.
So, Charlotte Flynn Coaching comes from such a personal place.
I’m here for the siblings, the partners, the parents, the carers, the loved ones. Your story might be very different to ours, but whatever is going on in your personal life, you deserve the focus too. You deserve to find strength from times of challenge and reach professional fulfilment.
Coaching transformed my life and I know it can do the same for yours.
